Located at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is a drive on which you can park a car and there is also ample on-street, FREE, parking.
With a selection of Twin, Double, King, Superking and 1 child's bedroom with bunk beds to sleep 2, Sunnybank can easily accommodate 12 people. There is also ample room within the bedrooms to cater for babies in travel cots.
There are stunning views to the rear towards the Black Rocks of Cromford, and sidewards looking at the Wild Cat Craggs across the River Derwent where climbers can be seen ascending the cliff faces virtually every sunny day.
With large gardens front and back, two patios, childrens play equipment, and basement storage (with laundry) for bikes, wet weather gear, etc. Sunnybank offers the perfect base from which you, together with your friends and family, can either explore the Peak District or just relax and watch the children (and adults) play.
Central to the Peak district and Derbyshire Dales Sunnybank is ideally located for numerous tourist attractions. Whether your visit is to celebrate a special occasion, to explore the locality, to take part in an event or to simply walk or cycle, there is something for everyone.
Matlock Bath , Matlock and nearby Cromford host numerous restaurants and pubs all within easy walking distance.
