Sue and Tony Favell welcome you to Taylors’ Croft Cottage, the luxury self contained wing of their attractive eighteenth century home, Skinners' Hall.
Skinners' Hall and Taylors' Croft cottage stand in a delightful country garden with nine acres of grounds bordering the River Noe and containing its own trout pond.
Situated in Edale , Derbyshire , in the heart of the Peak National Park, this beautifully appointed self catering holiday cottage has breathtaking views of Kinder, Back Tor and Mam Tor (“the Shivering Mountain”).
From your bedroom’s carved mahogany four poster you wake to views of Hollins Cross overlooking the garden and the trout pond.
This Peak District cottage makes an ideal base for some of the finest walking in Britain as well visiting the many attractions this part of derbyshire has to offer , the castleton caverns, ladybower reservoir and the dams, Chatsworth House , Haddon Hall and the towns of Buxton ( home to the world famous opera house and festival ) and Bakewell ( probably the most picturesque town in Derbyshire ).

Taylors' Croft Cottage is an exclusive , spacious , self catering holiday accommodation which sleeps two people and contains everything you need for a romantic holiday in one of the most beautiful valleys in Britain with nothing but the sheep and cows to disturb you!
The 20ft square beamed living room has spectacular 360° views, large comfy sofas (one of which opens into a double bed) TV, Sky, stereo and dining area.
The bedroom has a beautifuly carved mahogany four poster bed, from which you awake to views of Hollins Cross and the great ridge which lies between between Castleton Edale, as well as the wonderful gardens and trout pond.
The charming large bathroom was recently renovated and contains both bath and seperate shower facilities.
The oak kitchen has a washer / dryer, dish washer , fridge with large freezer compartment, eye level oven and microwave.
There is a seperate dressing room with a drying cupboard.
The whole cottage wing is fully centrally-heated and there is a ‘live-coal’ fire.
